Ingredients
175ml/6fl oz apple juice
120ml/4fl oz natural yoghurt's
1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
170g/6oz blueberries (defrosted if frozen)
Preparation method
1-Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2-To serve, pour into glasses.
